Welcome to Glass Cities Tree Service. By accessing our website or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Service Estimates

All estimates provided by Glass Cities Tree Service, whether verbally or in writing, are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Estimates are based on the visual inspection of the property and trees at the time of the quote. Hidden conditions (such as underground utilities, buried concrete, or internal tree decay not visible from the exterior) may result in additional charges.

Scheduling and Weather Delays

Tree care is inherently dependent on weather conditions. While we strive to adhere to scheduled appointment times, Glass Cities Tree Service reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work due to inclement weather, high winds, or other conditions that pose a safety hazard to our crew or your property.

Property Access and Preparation

The property owner is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area. Please remove vehicles, patio furniture, potted plants, and other movable items from the designated drop zones prior to our arrival. Glass Cities Tree Service is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area.

Underground Utilities

While we take every precaution, Glass Cities Tree Service is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible dog fences, or landscape lighting cables during stump grinding or heavy equipment operation. The property owner must notify us of any known underground lines prior to work commencing.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the specified work unless prior arrangements or financing have been established. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
