Glass Cities Tree Service provides Tree Service services in Toledo, OH and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided via our website or phone are estimates only and are subject to change upon on-site inspection.
Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. We will not perform work at a higher price without your explicit approval.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We will do our best to arrive within the scheduled window. Traffic, weather, and prior job overruns may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as possible.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a scheduling fee.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee.
Accounts more than 30 days past due may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, notify us within [X days] of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the work performed and does not cover pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

6. Access to Property

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the areas where services will be performed.
Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on the day of service.
If our crew cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a trip charge may apply.

7. Liability

Glass Cities Tree Service carries liability insurance and operates in compliance with all applicable local and state licensing requirements (License # ). We are not liable for:

Pre-existing conditions, defects, or damage not caused by our work
Damage arising from failure to disclose known hazards or structural issues
Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

If you believe our work caused property damage, notify us in writing within 48 hours of service completion. Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for coverage. We will investigate all claims promptly.
